Self Collection
An email will be sent once the goods are ready for collection at the selected outlet during check-out.
Self-collection time will be based on the outlet opening hours.
Local Islandwide Delivery
Deliveries will be made only within Singapore. Delivery will be at the address in Singapore you have stated in your order. We will endeavour to make delivery within five (5) working days of our email informing you that we have accepted your order but the time of delivery is not the essence of the agreement. We will not be liable to you for failure to deliver due to causes beyond our control.
Deliveries will be made on Mondays to Sundays 10 am to 10 pm.
There will be a delivery charge varying from $3.40 to $10 for purchases less than $80.00 depending on the weight & dimensions of parcels. We may at our discretion use a third party delivery contractor to make delivery. Easyparcel is our appointed 3rd Party Delivery Partner. There will be a $10 charge for rescheduling of delivery due to no one being at home at the date and time of delivery (as stipulated in the delivery order) to receive the goods. For purchases below $80.00, customers may choose to use appointed courier services charges as low as SGD$9.90.
