An email will be sent once the goods are ready for collection at the selected outlet during check-out. Self-collection time will be based on the outlet opening hours.
Local Islandwide Delivery
Deliveries will be made only within Singapore. Delivery will be at the address in Singapore you have stated in your order. We will endeavour to make delivery within five (5) working days of our email informing you that we have accepted your order but the time of delivery is not the essence of the agreement. We will not be liable to you for failure to deliver due to causes beyond our control.
Deliveries will be made on Mondays to Sundays 10 am to 10 pm. There will be a delivery charge varying from $3.40 to $10 for purchases less than $80.00 depending on the weight & dimensions of parcels. We may at our discretion use a third party delivery contractor to make delivery. Easyparcel is our appointed 3rd Party Delivery Partner. There will be a $10 charge for rescheduling of delivery due to no one being at home at the date and time of delivery (as stipulated in the delivery order) to receive the goods. For purchases below $80.00, customers may choose to use appointed courier services charges as low as SGD$9.90.

7-day return policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The buyer that is returning the product due to a change of mind will have to bear the full shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
